WHAT IS SMALL GROUP TRAINING?
Small Group Training combines the personal attention of 1-on-1 training with the motivation and fun of working out with others. With 2 to 6 participants per session, you get customized coaching in a high-energy, community-based setting—perfect for friends, family, or coworkers who want to train together.
Each session is led by a certified personal trainer and tailored to the group’s fitness levels and goals. We bring all the equipment, design results-driven workouts, and make sure everyone feels challenged, supported, and successful.​

Pricing
Our Small Group Training is offered at standard session pricing, with an additional $15 per person added for each extra participant beyond the first.
